1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EZ-Input ("we", "us", "our") through https://ez-input.com and any related services, including Soul-Journey, ZenMirage, the Admin Panel, plugins, and payment flows (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

EZ-Input provides spiritual insight, entertainment, reflection tools, and related digital experiences. Some features may require registration, a Soul ID, or payment. Features and availability may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts and Soul ID

Certain features generate or require a Soul ID or similar identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or identifiers associated with your use. We are not responsible for lost or compromised Soul IDs unless caused by our gross negligence.

5. Payments and Refunds

Some Services are paid. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Airwallex, or ERC20-compatible blockchain networks. All fees are shown before you confirm a purchase. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services;
• upload malware, spam, or harassing content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software on the Services are owned by EZ-Input or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided for spiritual insight and entertainment only. Nothing on the Services is medical, legal, financial, or guaranteed-outcome advice. Readings, journeys, reflections, and Soul IDs are mirrors — not prescriptions. Use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ-Input's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or HKD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ-Input and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
